1. Cost increase factor of investment casting
The cost increase of investment casting mainly comes from two aspects: foam model and paint consumption.
Each ton of casting consumes 3000 grams of foam type (including the spout riser). If the foam model is produced by ourselves, the cost per gram is 0.02 yuan (RMB). Namely, 60 yuan (RMB) is consumed per ton of foam type; If the purchased foam model is at most 0.03 ~ 0.05 yuan per gram (RMB). That is 90 ~ 150 yuan (RMB) per ton of casting. Coating is self-made, aggregate price is between 500 ~ 1000 yuan (RMB), the amount of other ingredients is less, with each ton of dry powder coating 1000 yuan (RMB) calculation, even if it is thin-walled pieces, each ton can only consume 50-60 kg, that is, not more than 100 yuan (RMB).
Therefore, the increased cost of investment casting can be defined as:
(1)Self-made foam model: about RMB 160; (changes with the market)
(2)Purchasing bubble model: about 200 ~ 250 yuan (RMB) (changes with the market)
2. Cost reduction factor of investment casting
(1) Dry sand can be reused without core-cutting, and the consumption is very small, so no calculation can be made. Compared with cast steel, more than 1.2 tons of molding sand can be saved per ton of casting. Compared with cast iron, it can save the cost of additional materials, shell roasting, core making and core iron.
(2) Modeling efficiency has been significantly improved, and styling workers are no longer needed, which can save more than 40%-60% of labor.
(3) Cleaning time can be saved by 90%, and steel casting can save gas consumption of cutting flash burrs.
(4) The yield of molten iron is increased by 10 ~ 30%, especially for ductile iron parts, which can be poured without riser.
(5) stainless steel, high manganese steel, ductile iron can be treated with waste heat solid solution, greatly saving energy consumption.
(6) A single product does not need to make wooden mold.
(7) With the improvement of casting precision, no machining or micro-machining can be realized, which not only reduces the weight of the casting, but also saves the cost of machining working hours.
